Thank you for shopping with EMBOSS. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.


To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration


Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise


Return Process


To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item if applicable


If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.


Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order information.


If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Or a full refund, depending on the situation


Order Cancellations


Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment begins, orders cannot be canceled.


Chargebacks


Customers are encouraged to contact EMBOSS support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
