Order Processing


All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.


During high-volume periods, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Timeframes


Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing


Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will apply only when stated.


Tracking Information


Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. EMBOSS is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at your support email before the order ships.


Lost or Stolen Packages


EMBOSS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Delayed Shipments


While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • High order volume
  • Incorrect shipping information

International Orders


International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


EMBOSS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
